Acceptance

By downloading or using Atmos, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are between you and Rockethound; Apple is not a party to them.

The app

Atmos is a weather application for iOS developed and published by Rockethound. The app provides weather forecasts sourced from third-party meteorological data providers. Forecasts are for informational purposes only — we cannot guarantee their accuracy, and you should not rely on Atmos for safety-critical decisions.

Licence

Rockethound grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Atmos on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or any part of it.

Premium features & payments

Some features require a premium purchase or subscription, processed entirely through Apple In-App Purchases. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Please review Apple's Media Services Terms for details.

Rockethound does not store or process your payment information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute weather data obtained through the app
• Interfere with or circumvent any security or access controls in the app

Disclaimer of warranties

Atmos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that weather forecasts will be accurate. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockethound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atmos, including damages resulting from reliance on forecast data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update Atmos or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
